Getting started
- dinerr is an all-in-one restaurant platform for your digital menu, orders, tables, team, payments, analytics, and guest experience.
- After you sign in on the web or in dinerr Mobile, start from Restaurant in the sidebar to set up your venue, then explore Orders, Tables, Payments, and Analytics as you grow.
- Every new restaurant account includes a 30-day free trial with access to all Premium features.
- Open Settings → Plan at Settings → Plan to see your trial end date and selected plan.
- You are not charged during the trial. Add a payment method before the trial ends if you want to continue on Premium.
- If you cancel or downgrade to the Free Plan before the trial ends, you will not be charged for a Premium subscription.
- If the trial ends without a payment method and you take no action, your account moves to the Free Plan (digital menu, QR ordering, and guest payments) until you upgrade again.
- Each dinerr owner account is set up for one restaurant location with its own menu, team, and billing.
- Need a second location? Email [email protected] and our team will help you with the best setup option.
- Guest platform payments through dinerr (Stripe Connect) are only available in supported countries.
- See the full list on our countries with platform payment support page.
- Open Payments in the sidebar to check whether Set up platform payments is available for your restaurant.
- Yes. The digital menu, orders, tables, team, chats, and analytics work without connecting Stripe.

- Staff can still create orders and mark them complete; guests pay at the counter unless you enable Pay now on the menu.
- Connect platform payments later from Payments → Set up platform payments when you are ready.
- Your restaurant and guest data are stored securely and used to run menus, orders, reservations, and billing.
- Read our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and retain information.

- Email [email protected] or call +1 831 273 1336 with your restaurant name and account email. For billing issues, include your Stripe customer details if you have them.
- If you added a payment method and keep Premium, your subscription starts when the trial ends.
- If you downgrade or cancel before then, you move to the Free Plan with no charge. Premium features such as the live orders board, AI phone, Google integration and Reserve with Google, chat, team, marketplaces, and other integrations end at that point.
- With no payment method and no action, your account also moves to the Free Plan automatically; your digital menu, QR ordering, and payments stay online.
- Manage your plan anytime under Settings → Plan.
