Guests place the order from the cart; it appears in Orders → Active orders for your team.
Guests can pay in the browser when platform payments are enabled, or staff can collect payment separately.
For takeaway or delivery, guests can also order from your public restaurant profile, Restaurant → QR codes, or other QR codes you create.
