How do I set up AI phone?

  1. AI phone requires the Premium plan. Open Settings → Integrations and click "Enable AI phone". If the card says AI phone is not set up for your account, contact support to enable it.
  2. We provision a dedicated AI number for your restaurant. This usually takes a few minutes and the card shows "Setting up…" until it is ready.
  3. Share your AI number with guests or forward your existing restaurant line to it. dinerr answers calls, handles questions and texts callers your ordering link.
  4. The card shows your AI number and how many calls it handled this month.
