When do I receive payouts from guest payments?

  1. Open Payments → Platform payments to see your Stripe balance and payout schedule.
  2. Stripe transfers funds from your connected account to your bank on the schedule shown, for example daily, weekly or monthly.
  3. Pending balance is still processing. Available balance is ready to pay out.
  4. If a payout fails, Platform payments shows Recent payout issues. Click Update payout details to fix your bank details, or contact Stripe support with your Connect account ID.
